A 43-year-old man was shot dead early Thursday in a Queens confrontation in which a second man was robbed of his cell phone, police said.
Shots rang out in front of a home on 208th St. near 32nd Drive. in Bayside about 1:05 a.m., cops said.
The gunshot victim was struck in the chest and died at the scene. The other victim, 21, was robbed of his cell phone during the clash.
The robbery victim was not hurt and was being interviewed by cops, police said.
It was not immediately clear if the murder victim was also robbed or what prompted the shooting.
No arrests have been made.
