Noah Shachtman’s, the editor-in-chief of Rolling Stone magazine, tells CNN’s John Berman that some of Travis Scott’s previous concerts have had a “pretty violent” history. Scott’s Astroworld performance in Houston that left several people dead is under criminal investigation.
