Antonio Reynoso leads in Brooklyn borough president primary, other borough races remain tight

Reynoso, 38, was leading with 28% of the vote with 91% of precincts reporting — well ahead of Councilman Robert Cornegy who had 19% and Assemblywoman Jo-Anne Simon who had about 17% of the vote.
