Editor’s Take

The Bank of America Sandals Visa Signature® Credit Card can save you money if you book travel with Sandals or Beaches resorts. Earning four points per dollar on purchases at Sandals and Beaches resorts, you’ll save for your next vacation just by using this card when you stay at one of the resorts.

While co-branded cards tend to have limited redemption options, that’s not the case with the Bank of America Sandals Visa Signature® Credit Card, which allows you to redeem your points for cash as a statement credit, check or deposit into a Bank of America or Merrill account. That’s a helpful option if your points will soon expire and you can’t use them for travel.

This card offers a 0% introductory annual percentage rate for the first seven months and great earning potential from Sandals and Beaches resorts with some flexibility in redemption. However, if you don’t spend much at these resorts or need more flexibility in your rewards earning and redemption options, you might be better served with a different no-annual-fee travel credit card like Chase Freedom Unlimited®. With the Chase Freedom Unlimited®, you can earn 1.5% cash back on all other purchases and redeem rewards for travel outside of Sandals and Beaches.
