Donald Trump to fly to NYC Monday following indictment as supporters rally in Florida

Donald Trump, facing arrest Tuesday, was expected to fly from South Florida to New York early Monday afternoon, as fans of the former president held rallies to support him in West Palm Peach.

Fired-up Trump supporters convened at dawn by a West Palm Beach mall near the airport where the 45th president was expected to take off on a private jet later in the day, the South Florida Sun-Sentinel reported.

Trump supporters were fired up in Florida on Monday.

By about 11:45 a.m., a long line of pro-Trump demonstrators were chanting “arrest Alvin Bragg” — in reference to the Manhattan district attorney — and flying flags declaring “Trump 2024″ and “Trump Won,” according to a live stream published by WPEC-TV. Passing autos honked.

It was not clear if Trump would stop on the way to the airport to greet his fans.

The 76-year-old Republican, who is currently working on his third run at the White House, is due to be arrested Tuesday in Manhattan on charges expected to be related to the Stormy Daniels hush money case that has been pursued by Bragg, a Harlem Democrat.

Former President Donald Trump reportedly faces more than 30 counts in Manhattan.

Trump faces more than 30 counts in the indictment, according to CNN. The indictment remains under seal.

The case centers around a $130,000 payment made by Trump’s one-time fixer, Michael Cohen, to a lawyer for Daniels, a porn star who says she had sex with Trump in 2006.
