Latvian-based airline airBaltic has suspended overnight flights to Ukraine amid Russia-Ukraine tensions and ensuing uncertainty in the region. The airline, which has witnessed a surge in bookings compared to the prior year, is communicating with authorities “24/7” and fueling the aircraft in case a sudden return is necessary, says CEO Martin Gauss.
