February’s military coup in Myanmar upended the country’s healthcare system, which is now on the brink of collapse as Covid-19 cases climb. One third of all people tested in Myanmar are testing positive for the virus, but as one protester tells CNN, vaccinations have faltered as citizens refuse to cooperate with military authorities.
