Cuba will reopen its international borders in a bid to bring back badly needed tourists after being shut to visitors for most of the Covid-19 pandemic. The island’s economy is in tatters and with the possibility of more protests, it’s not clear how many tourists will book flights any time soon. CNN’s Patrick Oppmann reports from Havana.
