How to Maximize Rewards With the Wells Fargo Reflect Card

The Wells Fargo Reflect Card does not have the benefits of a rewards credit card, but you can earn cash back with available merchants through My Wells Fargo Deals.

The card’s most valuable feature is its long 0% APR period. Be sure to make balance transfers within 120 days of opening your account to get the promotional APR. You’ll have to pay a balance transfer fee, but you won’t accrue interest during the introductory period.

Rewards: The Discover it Cash Back card has more rewards potential than the Wells Fargo Reflect Card. With the Wells Fargo Reflect Card, you can get cash back from participating merchants through My Wells Fargo Deals. With the Discover it Cash Back card, you can get 5% cash back for everyday purchases in categories that change each quarter, up to a quarterly maximum. All other purchases earn 1% cash back.

Sign-up bonus: The Wells Fargo Reflect Card does not offer a sign-up bonus. With the Discover it Cash Back card, Discover will match all of your cash back earnings at the end of your first year with the card.

Benefits: The Discover it Cash Back card comes with a 0% APR on purchases for 14 months after you open an account and a 0% APR on balance transfers for 14 months after your first transfer. The Wells Fargo Reflect Card offers a 0% APR on purchases and eligible balance transfers for up to 21 months after you open an account. The Wells Fargo Reflect Card also offers up to $600 to cover cellphone theft or damage on up to two claims per year. The Discover it Cash Back card does not charge a foreign transaction fee.
